NIGHT TIME BAKER
Based in our savoury and bread kitchen in Partick, the job starts at 3/4am so if you are naturally a night owl, this could be for you!
This is a part-time role (12-16h) - We are open 4 days a week (Thursday-Sunday) but you will only be required to work for 2 nights out of the 4.
Applicants require at least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience to be considered for this role. Experience in a bakery environment is preferred, but not essential.

PASTRY CHEF
Based in our West End shop, the job starts at 5/6am and requires you to prepare all cakes from scratch according to our set recipes.
This is a full-time role (40h) and requires availability for 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday). Yes, we are open every weekend!
Applicants require at least 2 years of commercial kitchen experience as a pastry chef to be considered for this role. Experience in a bakery environment is preferred, but not essential.

SHOP ASSISTANT
Based in our Southside shop, the role starts at 9am and requires you to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and presentable environment.
This is a part-time role (10-16h) – and requires availability for 2 out of the 4 days that the shop is open (weekend availability is essential).
Experience in a customer service environment is preferred, but not essential. No barista training is necessary.
